Course fees include provision of course materials and examination fees (excluding examination resit fees are provided by CDA). Examination resits will cost £30 for 101, £60 for 102 and 103.
Enrolment on the course does not guarantee passing of assessments or attainment of the qualification. Assessments are invigilated independently by Signature.
Cancellations and refunds
All advance fees paid will be returned in full if we are unable to start a course as planned.

No refunds can be given for people who do not take their place on the course if less then 14 days notice is provided. Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the beginning of the course and a refund will be provided within 7-days.
The course will be delivered at the location and time and dates specified at the enrolment stage and advertised on our website. If course location or dates change then students will be notified in advance by the course tutor or other representative of CDA.
Students are entirely responsible for their own transport to and from the location and must make us aware of any access requirements in advance.
Students are responsible for providing their own refreshments.
No refunds will be given to students for non attendance at the the course. Tutors will only enter students for assessments if they have attended enough sessions and the tutor is confident in the chances of passing an assessment.

No data will be shared with third-parties for marketing purposes. We will share your information with the examination board in order to facilitate the progress of your assessments.
Your data will only be stored by Cambridgeshire Deaf Association for as long as necessary to comply with legal requirements relating to retention of records or while holding the data is necessary to ensure the delivery of our service to you.
