Vacancy: Volunteer Coordinator

We are inviting applications for the newly created role of Volunteer Coordinator in our exciting and growing charity.
We’re about to launch a new Volunteer Befriending project across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough which will provide thousands of hours of volunteer befriending support as well as recruiting volunteers to assist adults to learn to make use of their new cochlear implants.
So we’re looking for a great person to make it all happen as part of our dynamic and focused team.
We’re proud of our growing team at CDA. We’re also proud of our history and the work we do in the communities we serve – but there is much work still to do.
If you believe in equality for deaf people and that you can make a difference; if you believe in the power of teamwork and love to take responsibility; if you have the skills and experience and like to feel good – through doing good – then we want you to apply.
Apply online by uploading a covering letter and your CV. We won’t accept applications made by post or by email.
The covering letter must explain why you think you could be the right person for the job. If you prefer, you can upload a BSL video (or a link to a video) instead of the covering letter but we must see a copy of your CV. Good luck!
Closing Date 10th May
