Journalist, film maker and editor of the world’s most read deaf blog, Charlie Swinbourne has a new documentary out tonight called Found. It’s on the Community Channel at 7:30pm and tells the stories of three deaf people who ‘found’ the deaf world and it changed their lives for the better. Its a must watch!
Charlie has also confirmed that he is coming to showcase some of his film work and give a talk about his work at the Cambridgeshire Deaf Association’s AGM on Saturday 19th September. Charlie is the mastermind behind the comedy classic ‘Four Deaf Yorkshiremen’ and thought provoking hit ‘My Song’ among many others. His latest releases include the critically acclaimed short film ‘The Kiss‘. He’ll be talking about his experiences making these classic films and revealing the secrets of how to get involved. Charlie is also the Editor of the world’s most read deaf blog, The Limping Chicken.
