We’re looking for volunteers to help us run small community events across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. If you’re a positive, happy person who makes other people feel good, well organised and committed, then this could be the voluntary role for you! You’ll need to know how to sign.

Role Description:
• Be the CDA point of contact at our small local gatherings in various locations.
• Signpost clients to contact services through zoom or video relay.
• Organise community events with support from Community Manager.
• Record attendee statistics.
• Pass on general problems arising from gatherings to Community Manager.
• Take pictures and obtain consent to use images for promotional activity.
• Undertake training in providing basic support work.
• Attend CDA training days, if relevant.
• Provide information in sign language on videos for social media and website, if confident to do so.
• Attend regular team meetings and supervisions with Community Manager.
• Maintain the accuracy of the CDA events calendar.
