We’re looking for an excellent person to lead our CQC rated Outstanding Domiciliary Care Service and take a leading role in the overall charity.
We are an organisation focused on providing high quality services for deaf people living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough that improve people’s health, wellbeing and sense of equality.
The main focus of the role is to strive towards ensuring that the CDA Life service retains its Outstanding rating while ensuring the sustainability of the service through prudent management with a strong focus on both person centred care and creating an excellent working environment for our staff.
