We’re delighted to announce a brand-new partnership with Peterborough United Football Club for the 2026/27 season — and this one comes with a very unusual sponsorship spot: the club mascot’s carrot.

Peter Burrow, Peterborough United’s much-loved rabbit mascot, is a familiar sight to fans on matchdays at the Weston Homes Stadium. Known for his pitchside celebration run whenever the Posh find the back of the net, Peter Burrow’s trademark move is swirling his giant carrot above his head to whip up the crowd. From this season, that carrot carries the CDA logo, meaning it will appear in hundreds of thousands of photos and videos across the year as Peter Burrow entertains supporters at every home game.

The partnership builds on a growing relationship between CDA and the club’s mascot. Peter Burrow recently featured in a CDA social media campaign promoting sign language awareness, a post that reached more than 150,000 people, and also fronted a British Sign Language (BSL) version of “Three Lions (Football’s Coming Home)” released in the run-up to the World Cup.

As well as the CDA logo, the carrot will also carry the branding for CDA’s Sign Language Days programme, which is designed to introduce primary school children to British Sign Language in a fun, accessible way. Find out more about Sign Language Days on our website.

CDA will be sharing updates from matchdays throughout the season as Peter Burrow takes his newly-sponsored carrot pitchside — keep an eye on our social media channels and this news page for the latest.
