We are working with CPSL Mind to deliver the ‘5 ways to wellbeing’ course in BSL.
Exploring 5 ways to improve well-being; Connecting with others, Getting active, Taking notice, Learning and Giving. Learning how to manage and improve our mental wellbeing.
It is a 6 week course starting 13th June 10am – 12pm (every Wednesday).
